These terms govern your use of the TeachMeLike5 (“TML5”) website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1.Who we are

TeachMeLike5 is operated by Understand Labs, 19th Anjinappa Complex, Hennur Bagalur Main Road, Kothanur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077, India. You can reach us at hello@teachmelike5.com.

2.The service

TML5 is a free educational platform that explains concepts in plain language. The site is a work in progress and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and parts may be unavailable from time to time.

3.Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Disrupt, overload, probe, or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content except as allowed below.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.

4.Our content

The lessons, text, design, code, and branding on the site belong to TML5 (or our licensors). You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not reproduce, sell, or redistribute them without our written permission.

5.Accounts and sign-in

Some features require signing in (for example, via Google). You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.

6.Careers and the qualifier

If you apply for an internship or complete our qualifier:

• Your answers must be your own work. You may look things up to understand a concept, but the words must be yours.
• We process your application in line with our Privacy Policy, with your consent.
• Applying does not create any employment relationship or guarantee of an offer.

7.Your submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit (application answers, feedback). By submitting, you give us permission to store and use it for the purpose you submitted it — evaluating your application, or improving our lessons — as described in the Privacy Policy.

8.Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided for general educational purposes without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TML5 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9.Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (for example, LinkedIn). We're not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.

10.Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or end access to anyone who breaches these terms.

11.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
